Lowe's in West Chester had storage cabinets on clearance for half price but unfortunately out of stock. They suggested Lowe's in Lebanon that had 6 in stock. Traveled there from Fairfield and discovered they did not offer the same price because it was not a clearance item in that store. Would not honor the price West Chester Lowes offered. If Menards or Home Depot had these items, Lowes would match the price. Go figure. Wasted time shopping at Lowe's.
Unfortunately at 10+ miles its the clisets. However it's always good service, clean store. Friendly and courteous staff. Great supply of equipment and home goods for the weekend projects.
Good luck finding someone to help you i finally yelled at an employee at the other end of the isle... Go to check out and there was 7 yes i counted them employees standing at the service desk just having social hour of course me being me I ask them if they was hiring because i love to stand around and talk and not do my job... So Lowe's you get 2 stars because your customer service STINKS
I needed a good furniture paint. I accidentally bought the wrong paint a week ago and really needed assistance getting the correct paint. The young lady that helped us was well mannered, patient and polite. Thank you all so much for the pleasant visit.
Yesterday evening my boyfriend and I went into Lowe's for two specific items, paint and LED light bulbs. Customer service was subrev.
