Brian has tremendous product knowledge, and is fantastic with prioritizing that the customer comes first! I was frustrated with the previous management at this store, there was always an air of ignorance, and I never felt like I mattered to Sprint. I appreciate how quickly Brian was able to help me fix my issue, and he made me feel like Sprint appreciated my business. It was interesting how different the attitude of the staff in this store has changed in a positive way, now that Brian is there. It really seems like the customers are a priority. Thank you!!!
Seems like this has been a reoccurring problem for this store and they lack the manpower and expertise to truly help the customer in a timely manner. It will be the last time i ever set foot in there.
TERRIBLE service. We were literally in the store for at least 30 minutes. There was only 1 other customer in the store with us. I understand that the worker was the only one there, but he didnt even acknowledge us the entire time we were there. We just waited and waited until we finally walked out the door. Absolutely rediculous.
Brian is the reason I will be staying with Sprint. After switching I ran into a lot of trouble getting my reimbursement for my previous plan. He helped me fight for it even after getting promoted and moved to another location. Excellent customer service. I will be staying with Sprint for years to come as long as people like him continue to work and be hired by this company. Thanks.

I waited in like for 39 minutes before i left. There was only 1 person working in the store on weekend to make maters worse, 1 customer in front of me. Associate was new had only been there 2 weeks but had to facetime her boss that was off twice in my time there to walk her through helping the customer in front of me.
Awful experience if you can even call it that. Store product selection is limited and most of the items they do have as displays dont event work.
